How do I place my order?

When does my order ship?
If your order is in stock it usually ships the same day or the following business day. An exception can occur if your order is not in stock, if this situation occurs you can expect a delay of approximately one week.
Can I check the status of my order?
There are two ways to check on an order.

How do I pay for my order?

Where do I get a copy of my invoice?
We include an invoice with your shipment. If you need a duplicate copy of your invoice, please e-mail us at or call our customer service number 419-733-7951.
Shipping Details
What are Van-Griner’s shipping rates?
Rates are variable and depend on the weight of the product, service requested and final destination.

How will my products be shipped?
Our preferred method of shipping is UPS and/or UPS freight. Should you prefer to be billed collect, contact our customer service team with your desired carrier and service.
How do I handle a shipping claim?
All claims must be made in writing 30 days from receipt. In your claim please include the following information: shipping documents, description of the claim, carrier and date received. If the books have been damaged by shipping, please provide an image or two by emailing it to along with your PO number.
Returns Policies
How are returns and refunds handled?
We issue refund checks upon request, otherwise, the refund will be issued on future orders.
How long does it take to issue a credit?
Credit will be issued the following business day after the books are received.
Please keep in mind the following policies when considering a return:
We accept 10% returns on each title.

You have 12 months from the invoice date to receive credit for your return.

Condition of returns:
All returns must be “as new” quality and our subject to review before credit is issued. Any returns not meeting this standard may be refused and returned at customer's expense.
We recommend at least 225 lb test boxing when shipping and appropriate packing materials.
